great place, value for money
Hassle-free check-in and check-out. very responsive owner that gives prompt advice and instruction to access the building. location is right in the heart of the shopping area in Edae. though the location pin on the website is wrong but owner is prompt in clarifying. gotta love the huge TV in the room.

What I dislike is, you mentioned that I will pay when I stay at property. You pre-authorise full money from my credit card. Actually, it was advanced payment, not pre-authorization. So, please, in future , better say that we take advanced payment. Dont confused guests.

Great! Would come again.
The service is extremely great! The hotel is well located since it is near halal restaurant (Yang Pang Chicken) and near the tourists spot.
I wish there is a washing machine available.

I love the location. it is near the metro station. there is a convenient store next door
there was a strange smell in the bathroom. there is no elevator. so we had to lift our big suits upstairs
